We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted us with all our queries and provided us with great recommendations on the best things to do and places to eat in this city. The hotel's location is fantastic; it is situated right next to a shopping street, which is filled with a wide variety of restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores. Additionally, we only had to walk for 10 minutes to get to a popular tourist attraction - the Hakka cultural museum. We found it very convenient!
Nothing bad to say. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and can't think of any negative aspects to report.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a short walk away from a popular tourist attraction and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores. the staff were helpful and the rooms were comfortable, equipped with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the bathroom and the nice view from my room.
The Wi-Fi in the lobby required a local phone number to access, which was an inconvenience for tourists.

the key location of the hotel was perfect, as it is situated right next to a bustling shopping street with plenty of restaurants, boutiques, and grocery stores. the hotel is only a short 10, minute walk from a fascinating tourist attraction that I highly recommend visiting.
the front desk staff had very limited English, which made it difficult to communicate during check, in.

Over Xmas, I stayed in a boutique hotel located in a bustling area full of restaurants and shops, and only a 10-minute walk from a famous cultural museum. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating - they were always available to answer any questions I had. I also appreciated that the hotel offered reliable Wi-Fi in the lobby, which made it easy for me to stay connected during my stay.
I found that the front desk staff had difficulty understanding English and took a long time to locate my reservation. the in-room Wi-Fi was not consistently reliable during my stay, which was frustrating.
